3.1 Phillipe Loren
History
The leader of The Syndicate, Phillipe runs the Morningstar with clocklike precision. Comfortable in the boardroom or in the battlefield, Phillipe is a natural leader who inspires confidence and fear in equal measure.
Personality
Phillipe is a profit-minded individual and to him, people boil down to resources and nothing more. He is not Eurotrash. He is not flamboyant. He is coldly logical. As a result, he is not quick to anger nor is he heartless: If you create profit he will reward you; if you maintain the status quo he will ignore you; if you create loss he will hear your explanation and then, if it is not good enough, he’ll kill you.
Story Arc
Phillipe enters Saints Row: The Third with a bang, brazenly abducting the Player and demanding that he pay tribute. When the Saints refuse, he directs the considerable might of the Syndicate against the Saints. Initially, Loren is portrayed as an absolute criminal god, but like a classic Bond villain, he soon learns what happens when you go up against the Saints.
