History

The youngest and newest member of the Syndicate, Matt is an extremely talented hacker from England who uses the handle “R4gn0r0k”. He gained his cred with the hacking community when he cracked the Pentagon’s mainframe and released the details of the JFK conspiracy. Ever since he has been an icon in the cyber community.

Personality

Despite his eye liner and goth/cyberpunk clothes that he wears to boost his confidence, Matt is ultimately a 16-year-old kid.

While manning his keyboard, he knows that he is the best in the world, and has confidence that borders on obnoxious, but when he stands among the other members of the Syndicate, he knows that he is surrounded by people who wouldn’t hesitate to kill him.

As a result, he pays them the deference they deserve. He’s too smart to act like a brat in front of people with guns, but as long as he’s hiding behind the internet, he is the biggest jerk in the world.

Story Arc

Matt uses his technological skills to wipe out the Saints’ bank accounts and begins a campaign to destroy their public image, while being an annoying (but not physically dan-gerous) thorn in the Player’s side. Ultimately the Player recruits the help of a discredited FBI agent, Kinzie, (a woman whose career with the Feds Matt destroyed) and faces Matt in cyberspace.
