A no-nonsense member of the STAG (Special Tactical Anti-Gang) Initiative, Kia is Commander Cyrus Temple’s go-to soldier for any task that he needs results on.

Personality

Kia is completely ruthless in the execution of her work. In her mind, the mission is everything, and there are no rules of conduct that apply when you’re engaging the enemy. While this may paint her as something of a rogue agent, her loyalty to Cyrus Temple is totally absolute. She would kill her own mother if he asked her to, without giving it a second thought.

Story Arc

Alongside Cyrus Temple, Kia is relentless in her pursuit to destroy the criminal element in Steelport. However, once Senator Hughes refuses to give STAG the re-sources they need to adequately win the war on urban terror, Kia stages a faux assault to prove how dangerous the gang threat really is.
