History

Cyrus Temple is the man in charge of the ground operations of the STAG Initiative. Fully supported by the US government, Cyrus has nearly limitless resources at his disposal—an advantage that he intends to make full use of.

Personality

Cyrus is a military man through and through, and will always execute an order to the best of his ability. That being said, he’s not afraid to offer alternatives to a course of action he thinks is bad. But if a commanding officer tells him to ignore logic and reason, he will have no choice but to obey. While he is the sort of per-son who would kill a thousand people to save a million in a heartbeat, he is not without honor. If he gives his word, he will honor the letter of it, and refuses to lower himself to the level of the scum he has vowed to exterminate.

Story Arc

While Cyrus is confident that the war in Steelport will be swift and decisive he soon realizes how entrenched the gangs in the city are. Knowing that a protracted war will lead to the death of more of his men, he lobbies with Senator Hughes for authorization to use a powerful weapon against the city of Steelport—one that would all but ensure victory.
