Before tackling another mission check out the upgrades in the Cell Phone Menu. By this point in the game, your rank and cash flow should allow for several important purchase like the health upgrade, additional ammo capacity, and damage reduction. Check the next level for each of these essential upgrades and purchase them as soon as possible.

The numerous activities you completed put a serious dent in the Morningstar’s grip on the city. Pierce is even more invigorated to take on the Morningstar and wants to meet at the Broken Shillelagh. Drive over to the bar and have a quick chat with Pierce to launch a plan to go after the Syndicate’s main man, Phillipe Loren.
