After a mission opening cut scene you’ll need to go to the promenade and begin your search for Lawrence the Leper. It might take a moment, but soon enough you’ll get an objective maker that will lead you straight to his location.
After locating Lawrence the Leper you’ll also be introduced to a new type of enemy called the Mugger, and since you don’t have a current objective the game will ask you to mug the Muggers. This is clearly just code for killing them, so whip out your Dirty Harry and start shooting these fools dead. In addition to the Muggers you’ll have some regular OD to take out, but it’s nothing you haven’t dealt with before.
Tip: If you look at your mini-map you’ll see a shaded area with some dots. Kill all the dots in the shaded area to complete your objective. Good tip, huh?
Once you take out a sufficient number of your adversaries you’ll spot an enemy you haven’t seen before, prompting your objective to update to defeat the Minotaur. For this we went with the TNTeddy, peppering our foe while simultaneously avoiding the hoards of OD. When the Minotaur finally falls you’ll need to retrieve the figurehead.
Once you’ve picked up the goods it’s time to take the figurehead to Ignatius, then help the Fargarthians assault the Spaceship Murica. Basically, you’re going to war, and as you might expect your friends are going to be of little help while you’re busy battling the Scabs.
Your objective is going to update several times, starting with take the Ferris Wheel. Be mindful of it, but in general you just need to move forward and kill all the Scab folk. As you do this your objective will update to lay siege to the Comet Ride, then rally with Ignatius.
As you continue your assault you’ll have to complete the escort ram to the outer walls objective, then smash down the outer walls once you reach a barricade. This will continue through the rest of the barricades, flipping back and forth between objectives as you go. Basically you just need to shoot down the artillery shells, kill the Scabs, and smash the outer walls when Ignatius tells you to.
Following a lengthy mid-mission cut scene you’ll finally be back in control, needing to complete the destroy fireworks caches objective to progress. For this, just grind on the rollercoaster tracks and use your TNTeddy or Dirty Harry to destroy all six. When that’s done, it’s on to the boss fight for you.
For the King Scab boss fight you’re going to keep doing what you were while you dealt with the fireworks caches. Just keep grinding along the rollercoaster tracks, jumping to avoid the balls of fire that your foe shoots back at you. When you get close to him, use your Flaming Compensator to shoot the targets on the back of his ride. After doing this several times, grab the figurehead from Ignatius and ram King Scab. Grind along the tracks in the opposite direction of your opponent, then ram him to complete the mission.
