Three More Characters Join Smash Bros.

Captain Falcon, Robin and Lucina are ready to get their brawl on in the latest announcement from Nintendo.

Nintendo today announced three more characters for Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS. The character announcement trailer showed off three more Fire Emblem characters (this time from Fire Emblem: Awakening), as well as the fan favorite, Captain Falcon. The Fire Emblem characters that will be joining the cast are Lucina and Robin. Similar to the Wii Fit Trainer, players will be able to use either the male or female version of Robin. In addition, as a nod to Fire Emblem fans, Chrom is featured in Lucina’s Final Smash animation.
