A lot of stores are allowing game developers to price their games whatever they wish like the App Store and Steam, and that really leads to some interesting offers and, as a result, more game sales. More power to ‘em! Now a number of these indie devs are taking part in a huge sale event taking place across various platforms, including Steam, Google Play, direct downloads and the App Store.
The Because We May sales event will kick off on May 24th and run through June 1st, and will let folks pick up some great deals on the cheap to build their virtual game collection. These games include World of Goo, Osmos, Bit.Trip Beat and Bit.Trip Runner, Canabalt, Waking Mars, Super Meat Boy, Cave Story, and various Double Fine titles.
Though pricing hasn’t been revealed yet, we should know more by early next week. Expect some great deals!
