Gameplay shows what looks like chunky, combo-oriented combat, driving, shooting and more. This is a hybrid PvP/Co-op game, meaning players will be able to choose to play the human side or join up with the Deadites.

Characters and stages in Evil Dead: The Game cover the whole series, including those from Army of Darkness. Henry the Red makes an appearance in the trailer, along with Ash’s alter ego from the flick in his “final boss” form.

While there isn’t a release date just yet, the trailer does tell us the game is coming later this year. It will be released on all current gaming platforms, including the Nintendo Switch.
