Like many parts of Wolfenstein: The New Order, this chapter begins with a lengthy cut scene. When it ends, you’ll have the Handgun 1960. There are two Commanders here, and while it’s possible to stealth kill each of them, we were busted before it could happen and decided to shoot everyone. With our approach, this level is actually quite short.
Head down the stairs, making sure to pick up the Double-Barreled Shotgun from the nurse at the top of the landing. As you will find out, shotguns are beasts in this game, and highly advised for close quarters engagements.

Take out the guards at the bottom, making sure to loot the area as you do. When it’s all clear, head for the office and press the button to open the exit doors. This will of course trigger the enemy to attack, so deal with them before making your way outside to Anya Oliwa, the nurse who’s been taking care of you at the asylum.
Once you’re outside, gun down all the bad guys, being careful not to shoot Anya. We’re not actually sure you can kill her, but it won’t hurt to avoid finding out. When the area is clear, a large armored vehicle will show up, dispatching two attack drones. They go down easily enough. Just shoot them, then go over and pick up Anya off the ground to complete the chapter.
