L4D1 gets patch for competitive matchmaking

Left 4 Dead is soon to get a patch on the PC, which will bring competitive matchmaking to the game.

This patch will allow players in groups of four to search for other groups of the same size, making the whole multiplayer facing-off much easier.

Another bug to be addressed is one that affects a Crash Course achievement, and a “View Game Info” error that reported special infected is also being addressed.

Also in the land of Left 4 Dead, the sequel’s demo is now available for Xbox Live Gold members.
