Why doesn't my old account work?
Unfortunately logins for the old Prima Games site will no longer work. If you are trying to use an old account, please register again.
I registered using Facebook/Twitter/Social Media. Why can't I login?
You need to click on ‘login', and then click on the correct social media button. Using your social media email address and password in our email address and password boxes will not work.
How do I reset my password?
Please click on this link and then click 'Forgotten Password'. Enter your registered email address. We will send you a link to reset your password.
How can I find out what email address I registered with?
Please use our contact form to get in touch with our website support team.
Can I change my username?
If you registered using social media, we allow each user to change their username once in the first seven days of registering. This is so users are not forced to use personal data on the site.

Where are the eGuides?
We have now replaced our downloadable eGuides range with web site versions of our eGuide. We are referring to this new digital strategy guide as eGuide 2.0. You will now find all the great advice, tips and strategy you'd expect from an eGuide on our website!
Why did you make this change?
Web access eGuides allow us to add advanced features such as interactive maps, video, talent calculators and more. We can also update our digital products to stay up to date with changes made to the game.
Can I buy back catalog guides?
Unfortunately we are not selling back catalog guides at this time.
Can I pre-order a guide?
Yes. As soon as we announce a guide, you will be able to pre-order it by going to the relevant game page.
Do you sell guides in other digital formats?
Yes. Prima Games has apps and iBooks which are available in iTunes and PSN as well as strategy videos which are available on Xbox live.
I've bought an access code from elsewhere. Where do I use it?
Simply login to PrimaGames.com (or register for an account) and go to your account page. Enter your code in the box underneath your profile information. You will then find your guide under ‘purchases' on your account page.
I've bought a guide, but nothing has happened. How do I get it?
Our guides are now built into PrimaGames.com. To view a guide after purchasing it, either look under purchases (in your account page) or look for the guide using our search facility. If you have bought a product, all content will now be accessible.
I've been banned / had my account suspended. Can I still access purchased guides?
No. If your account has been banned / suspended, your access to purchased guides has also been revoked. If you wish to dispute your ban / suspension, please contact Prima with account questions.
Do you provide refunds for online guides and digital products?
No. Guide purchases and digital products are non-refundable. If you have an issue with one of our products, please contact product support.
Why wasn't my guide approved?
We pride ourselves on quality and consequently like to evaluate every guide submitted to our site. This can take time. In most cases, if a guide isn't approved, we will contact the writer to explain why. If you haven't heard back from us after some time, please contact website support.
What are product email alerts?
Product Email Alerts are a game-specific email service that will send emails to subscribed users to inform them whenever new content is published about that title. Alerts will include new features, screenshots, video,and guide updates.
How do I contact moderators?
If you have a general question, please use our contact page and send an email to website support. For issues relating to specific content, please use the ‘report' buttons (underneath the content) to alert moderators.
Why was my comment erased or edited?
Please read through our Terms of Service and make sure you haven't violated them. If you still have questions, please contact website support.
