PRIMA GAMES OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

The following are the official contest rules (hereafter the “Contest”). Please note that any failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification from the contest.

ELIGIBILITY

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase necessary. The Contest is open to entrants who are at least 17 years old or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Prima Games, Prima’s sponsors, or their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate family members of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER

See Contest webpage for specific dates of Content Period, and complete the official entry form. Eligible entrants must submit the completed email entry form (containing their full name, email address, and date of birth). Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries are prohibited and are grounds for disqualification. The Contest is open only to residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico). Winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received during Contest Period, selection dates and details can be found on the Contest webpage. Winners will be sent an affidavit of eligibility and release form and will be required to return the documents within two (2) business days of receipt of these documents. If winners fail to respond within said time period, their prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner chosen at random from the remaining eligible entrants in the pool. Winners may be required to provide evidence that winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

You must have an internet account and e-mail address to enter. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account which may be identified by reverse domain name search. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail address from which the e-mail was sent. Prima Games may also request proof of eligibility. Prima Games’ determination of eligibility or interpretation of these rules shall be binding on all entrants. Prima Games reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that is submitted in violation of these rules or to cancel the contest if substantial rule violations occur.

There will be no cash or other substitutes for the prize, except that Prima Games reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and submitted in accordance with the rules. Submitting an entry, except where prohibited by law, constitutes a grant of permission to Prima Games or its agents to include winners' names on www.primagames.com and other promotional media without further notice and, except where prohibited by law, and each winner consents to the use of their name and entry in any manner by Prima Games and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use. A 1099 may be issued for major prize winners.

Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Prima Games of all rights in the entry, all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant, and the unconditional right to use the entrant's name and registration information about the promotion for advertising/publicity and other purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants release Prima Games, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.

MISCELLANEOUS

Prima Games will not be responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions, or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Return of prize notification/prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.

This Contest is governed by California law only. Any dispute arising from this Contest shall be venued exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Placer County, California. Void where prohibited.

By entering this Contest, each eligible entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of this Contest and the rules set forth herein. This Contest is sponsored and judged by Prima Games and its decisions shall be final. Prima Games reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest at any time in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries become the property of Prima Games and will not be returned.

Prima Games, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify an entrant at any time that it becomes aware of any occurrence which would materially affect its security or fairness, including but not limited to technical malfunction of the Web site, software and/or hardware transmission failures, and "virus" contamination.
