It’s been a long, tiring wait for the latest project from The Behemoth, the creators of Castle Crashers. Battleblock Theater was promising some great co-op action across a variety of stages, but with the ridiculous amount of delays, we thought we’d never see it. But now, after long last, we will.
The company has announced a release date of April 3rd on Xbox Live Arcade, with the price of 1200 Microsoft points. That date is not too far off, and if you’re attending PAX East this weekend, you’ll be able to play it there as well.
To help celebrate the announcement, The Behemoth also put together a humorous launch trailer, one with stick puppets and plenty of lively fun. Rejoice and engulf yourself in the Theater by watching the trailer here!
