The information was found on an ESRB rating [link] for the explosive FPS. Within the synopsis the ESRB site states “In single-player mode, players conduct missions on an unnamed Japanese island during World War II and then move into the modern day through jungles, deserts and snowy terrain.”
There was word last year that the game was to include weaponry from Battlefield 1943.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is set to be released on PS3, PC and Xbox 360 come 5th March.
