Battlefield Hardline Episode 7: Glass Houses – Safe Combination

Find Roark's secret room, as well as the combination to the safe in the pool house.

Enter the House

As soon as players gain control they should access the nearby Tactical Gear, taking a pistol with a suppressor, as well as a shotgun as their secondary. The T62 CEW is still a good option to go the non-lethal route, so bring that as well.

Move to the left and look for an open window, climbing in and ending up in the gym. This will complete the first objective of the episode.

Bug the Room

The entry point we took players through will leave them in the gym as we mentioned earlier, and this is the location of Roark’s secret room. You’ll need to search for Evidence to complete the game’s Case Files, as well as access that previously mentioned secret room. Head up to the second level, then continue moving up even further until you find the room that you need to plant the bug in, triggering a cut scene.

Get to the Pool House

Following the meeting, head out of the room and down the stairs. There are a total of four bad guys on this level, and one of them is Cameron Briller, one of the Suspects with Warrants that players can arrest for some big points. Make sure to tag them all using the Scanner, then place them under (citizens?) arrest. Search Mr. Briller for some Evidence that will provide gamers with the Safe Combination.

This floor should be clear, but there are many more rooms and bad guys scattered throughout the mansion grounds. While it’s not necessary, we’d advise players to move from room to room, arresting those that they can, and exploring to ensure they have all of the Evidence in the Episode. When the place looks more like a ghost town, head to the pool house to complete the objective.

Plant the Phone

Head to the third floor of the pool house to complete this objective, but before planting the phone, move to the left side of the bed to find a safe. This is the safe that Mr. Briller had the combination to, and inside is some additional Evidence that players might want. When you have everything sorted out, plant the phone to move on to the episode’s final objective.

Survive!

This is what the shotgun is for. Players are about to get attacked from pretty much every direction, and it’s not the time for stealth or being picky about arrests and headshots. First work through all of the enemies that attack, always staying on the move and putting one bad guy down every time you pull the trigger. It’s really not that bad of a fight if you approach it with the right strategy, which we just gave you. You’re welcome.

When the fight is over, Khai will join Mendoza for an episode ending cut scene, then it’s on to the next. See, that one wasn’t so bad.

Feel free to return to our main walkthrough for Battlefield Hardline, a place where you’ll find all of the episodes in one location, as well as guides to all of the Evidence, Case Files and Suspects with Warrants. For players eager to continue with their experience right away, continue to Episode 8: Sovereign Land.
