After months of anticipation, Darksiders 3 finally has a release date. Darksiders 3 is scheduled to release on November 27, 2018. Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Gunfire Games also revealed several special editions for the game, including a Collector’s Edition bundle that comes with a statue of the game’s protagonist, Fury. Those who pre-order certain editions will get 24-hour early access to the game on consoles on November 26.
According to IGN, there will be two special premium editions for Darksiders 3. The first is the regular Collector’s Edition, which will cost $149.99 and comes with a copy of the base game, a steelbook cover, an artbook, the game’s soundtrack, exclusive in-game cosmetic armor, and an 11-inch tall Fury collectible figure.
For die-hard Darksiders fans, there is also the Apocalypse Edition, which includes all of the items from the regular Collector’s Edition, along with a 30” x 40” wall scroll (with hanger), a two-inch Four Horsemen amulet with necklace, and three extra figurines of War, Death, and Vulgrim (each 10” tall). For those who prefer digital games, there are two digital versions available for Darksiders 3, according to the official website. The Standard Edition costs $59.99 and comes with a digital copy of the game along with an exclusive in-game Armor Set for Fury, which will be purely cosmetic and will have no impact on gameplay.
There is also the digital Deluxe Edition, which costs $69.99 and comes with the latter items as well as access to two post-launch DLC packs, the game’s soundtrack (PC only), 24-hour early access (November 26 for PS4 and Xbox One only), and a 12.5% discount.
Darksiders 3 will release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 27, 2018. Pre-orders for the digital PC versions of Darksiders 3 are available now on the official Darksiders website.
