Dead Space 3 Launch Trailer Gets the Phil Collins Treatment

Visceral Games and EA’s terrifying and slick new installment in the much-loved Dead Space franchise is due out February 5 and what better way to get you in the mood than with a good old launch trailer?

While you’re probably excited about the co-op option and weapon crafting in the new title, hang on one moment and prepare yourself: In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins is in this trailer, and a haunting version at that.

As a nice bonus for those without consoles Dead Space 3 will be released February 5 on Windows at the same time as the 360 and PS3 editions, something franchise exec producer Steve Papoutsis has made sure of. You might say he’s a PC lover. I’ll get my gorilla suit.
