Both SideQuest Studio and eastasiasoft (responsible for Söldner-X 2) have been working on the title.

It’s a story-filled single player turn-based affair with an isometric art style complete with Platinum trophy support estimated take around 40 hours to complete.

Even after the lengthy title is finished there’s plans for both free and paid-for DLC to add to the game.

The full update on the game’s official website reads as follows:

Those of you that are eagerly following us on Facebook and Twitter (@eastasiasoft) already know that Rainbow Moon will be available on PlayStation Store this July.

Today we are really excited to announce more release details, including release dates and prices. We also have 45 new screenshots to show you as well as information on a variety of additional content packages that will be available during the first month of release.

First and foremost, this is when you can get your hands on Rainbow Moon. Get out your bold pen, mark it down on your calendar and postpone your summer holidays if necessary:
