All you need to do to get access to Fortnite Battle Royale on iOS is head over to the official Fortnite website, where you’ll be able to fill out the necessary forms to request a code to join in on the testing for Fortnite on mobile. There’s no guarantee that you’ll get in just yet, but Epic Games has stated that they’ll be sending out waves of invites as they go along.

In order to participate in the testing, you’ll need to have an iOS capable device with iOS 11. You’ll also at least need an iPhone 6S/SE, iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, or any iPad released during or after 2017.

The important thing to remember here, too, is that this is just a very limited pilot program, which means you are not guaranteed access, and you are simply entering for a chance to take part in the testing. On top of the iOS version of the game, Epic Games has also stated that they will be working on an Android version in the coming months as well.

Fortnite Battle Royale on mobile is a very engaging idea. Epic Games has promised a completely equal experience across the board, with the mobile version supporting the same graphics and everything that are available on every other platform the game is available on. On top of using the same engine, graphics, and setup, Fortnite mobile will also include cross play capability with the PC and PlayStation 4 versions of the game, allowing you to team up with your friends even if they don’t have a phone that can run the game.

We’ll continue to update this article with new information about Fortnite mobile as it becomes available. For now, though, head over to our Fortnite Battle Royale guide for more helpful content or check out our guide on how to combat build in Fortnite for some help building on the go.
