Each week, Battle Pass owners can look forward to a new set of exclusive Battle Pass challenges in Fortnite Battle Royale. One of the Week 8 challenges tasks players to search between three boats in Fortnite to uncover hidden treasure. While this treasure hunt challenge may sound obscure, it’s fairly easy to complete once you know where to look. Follow this guide to find out where to search between three boats in Fortnite Battle Royale and earn some easy Battle Stars.
Search Between Three Boats in Fortnite
Most of the treasure hunt challenges in Fortnite involve triangulating a point between three designated markers on the map and searching the ground for a Battle Star crest. To complete this Week 8 challenge, Battle Pass owners will have to locate three boats and search the ground for hidden treasure.
To find the three boats in Fortnite, you’ll have to travel to Loot Lake. If you’ve been to Loot Lake before, you may recall seeing several boats in the water surrounding the main island house in the center of the lake within section E4. These are the three boats you have to search between to complete this Week 8 challenge.
It just so happens that the island in the middle of Loot Lake is also right at the midpoint of the three boats in the lake, meaning this is where you’ll have to search to find the hidden treasure. Land at Loot Lake and search the ground surrounding the house to find the Battle Star crest to complete this Week 8 challenge.
The Loot Lake house also has a bullseye target on top. If you have yet to complete the Bullseye challenge in Fortnite, you can land on the roof before searching for the treasure to knock out two weekly challenges at once.
Search at the end of the dock on the south side of the island to find the hidden treasure. If you’re searching in the right spot, a Battle Star crest will pop up. Collecting the Battle Star crest will complete the Search Between Three Boats challenge and will reward you with ten Battle Stars to help level up your Battle Pass.
Make sure to complete the match normally after finding the treasure, or else it won’t count toward the challenge. Note that you must already own the Battle Pass in order to access the weekly challenges in Fortnite.
