Right on cue (as they promised a few days ago) Square Enix unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming “killer” opus Hitman: Absolution, currently in development for Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3 by IO Interactive. The game, set for release on November 20, will once again return Agent 47 to his duties as he attempts to get to the bottom of his latest assignment – to kill his only trusted associate.
In the trailer, Agent 47 finds himself facing off against a slew of deadly female assassins dressed as nuns. They may look innocent at first, but he soon finds that they mean business when they fire a bazooka into his hotel, forcing him to act and take them out one by one in bloody fashion.
It’s unknown whether these characters will actually appear in game or not, or if this just a “teaser” for bigger action scenarios to come in the game. Wouldn’t they make a great multiplayer team? Not against Agent 47, obviously.
