Let’s Play – Zelda: Breath of the Wild Game Awards Trailer and Video

Take a brand new look at Link and friends in the latest trailer and Let’s Play video from Nintendo!

Nintendo released two new videos for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. If you’ve been looking forward to Link’s latest adventure on the Nintendo Switch and Wii U, these are the two videos that will likely give you goosebumps. Both of these videos debut last night during The Game Awards, with the Let’s Play following shortly after the initial trailer.  It’s our best look at Breath of the Wild since E3 2016 and may be the last time we take a closer look at the title until it releases sometime in 2017.

The first video is a trailer for Breath of the Wild that will have people talking for months. The new trailer once again showcases the expansive nature of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Watching this trailer with the visuals on display and the soothing, yet epic music is a great way to showcase the end player experience when this game finally releases next year.

Of course the big news in this trailer comes at the very end when Link is shown crouching next to a mysterious figure. There’s plenty of speculation about who this character is, but we’ll leave the theories to you as the video is watched over and over again. You can check out the first trailer below, with the Let’s Play video just below.

The Let’s Play video showcases Nintendo employees playing the game as they look for a particular shrine. Once again, the graphics are the real showcase early on as many believe this is the best looking Zelda title to date. Shortly after the video begins Link jumps into combat, then players get a solid glimpse at the inventory screen before more combat ensues and Link falls to some of the beasts you’ll encounter.

Players looking to try out some stealth gameplay with Link’s ranged attacks will enjoy some portions of this video, but no matter how you plan to play Breath of the Wild, there’s plenty of combat to behold in this Let’s Play.
