Even though it’s going to miss this holiday season, Square Enix’s Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII promises to be a huge title for next year, wrapping up the three-release saga with an epic conclusion.
The company released a new trailer for the game, one that shows the city of Yusnaan before putting you right into the midst of an epic battle between the main heroine, Lightning, and her former ally, Snow.
In the game, Lightning will fight to save what’s remaining of humanity while battling both familiar foes and new enemies. She’ll have over 80 outfits to choose from, including the classic Yuna costume from Final Fantasy X. In addition, those who pre-order the game will also have access to Cloud’s costume from Final Fantasy VII.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII releases February 11th for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
