Monster Hunter: World PC Gets a Release Date

The PC version of the game finally has a set release date, as well as other details.

Ever since its release on console back in January of this year, Monster Hunter: World fans have been waiting to find out when the beloved and critically acclaimed title will make its way to the PC. Now, Monster Hunter fans have a lot more to look forward to, as Monster Hunter: World is finally making its way to PC, and players have a release date to look forward to.

Originally slated to release on the PC in Fall of this year, Monster Hunter fans woke up to a nice surprise this morning as Capcom announced that the hit game would make its way onto PC on August 9 of this year. That’s less than a month away at this point, which means that Monster Hunter fans should start gearing up and preparing themselves for the long road of hunting ahead.

Right now, we know that Monster Hunter: World will be comparable to console gameplay on the PC, though this could improve with future updates. This is, after all, the first Monster Hunter game that has been brought over to the PC by the Monster Hunter team, so they will be working to do their best and ensure that the game has a smooth and well-oiled launch on the PC next month.
