Mortal Kombat 11 is the latest of the NetherRealm Studios games to prove just how good they are at telling stories. The way they weave the fights in with the cut-scenes is brilliant but it does lead to questions you wouldn't normally find in a fighting game. Questions like, how to get Mortal Kombat 11's best ending. Weird stuff for a fighting game, but here we are nonetheless.

It turns out that there are three endings to Mortal Kombat 11 which all have different implications for the lore of the game and what could happen in future ones.

Thankfully the endings don't need hours of preparation or special items. This isn't Sekiro.

What you do need is to sharpen your skills and master combat, otherwise, you're going to struggle to get the best possible ending.

 The Bad Ending

Let's start with the bad news.

If you want to see the worse possible ending you need to lose both rounds against Kronika in the Mesozoic Jungle. Doing so will play a special game over screen that effectively serves as the bad ending.

The good news is you can retry after watching the scene play out, so you don't have to spend any time getting back to the fight.

The Good Ending

The good ending requires you to win the match against Kronika in the Mesozoic Jungle, but drop a round to her. So, you still need to come out victorious overall, but you need to let throw her a round in order to make her happy I guess?

The Best Ending

This ending is the one you get for crushing Kronika in the Mesozoic Jungle without losing a single round to her. This will show you the best possible outcome for the whole ordeal. Plus, it sets up some really intriguing ideas for the future of the series thanks to the timey wimey nature of it.

That's it for the endings, make sure to check out our Hub for everything else both Mortal and Kombat.
