Whether you own a Wii U or a Nintendo 3DS, this week looks quite good for new downloadable content.
On Wii U, we have two new Virtual Console games – Wrecking Crew and Mario Bros. –available for $4.99 apiece. However, the big release for the week is new downloadable content for New Super Mario Bros. U in the form of the much more challenging New Super Luigi U. For $19.99, you’ll gain access to over 80 new levels that will test your platforming skills, along with a new character named Nabbit.
For 3DS, Bugs vs. Tanks!, the latest effort from the developers at Level-5, can be yours for $7.99 and features plenty of bug-splattering action. Farming Simulator 3D is available for $9.99, and you can get your hands on some Virtual Console games as well, including Mega Man 6 ($4.99), Sonic Blast ($3.99), Tails Adventure ($4.99) and Defenders of Oasis ($4.99). Mario & Sonic At the London 2012 Olympic Games sells for $39.99.
Finally, this coming Tuesday will bring three new titles to the service – the Wii U party release Game & Wario ($39.99), the 3DS crossover role-playing adventure Project X Zone ($34.99) and the all-ages adventure game Lego Legends of Chima: Lavai’s Journey ($29.99).
