Capcom have released a demo for Resident Evil 5 on the PlayStation Network and it’s available now!

The demo has arrived slightly later than the Xbox 360 demo, which was available as of last Thursday.

Since the release of the Xbox 360 demo, 1.8 million people have had a go, and 1.3 million of those were simply in the first three days, we think this could be quite a big game.

The demo puts the player in the controls of Resident Evil ol’ timer Chris Redfield, and, if you’d like, a second player in control of his accomplice Sheva split-screen or online. Sheva can also controlled by AI if you don’t have any friends.

Resident Evil 5 will be coming out on 13th March for both Xbox 360 and PS3, we’ll be bringing you all the news along the way.
