Hivory Tower

The first Butterfly Booster that players can find is in the hub area of the game. Make your way to the Tutorial area, which is just before the entrance to Hivory Towers. Once here, jump towards a pipe sticking out of the rocks and try to land on a rock that juts out from the wall. If you succeed at the jump, head up the gap, take a right, and then you should spot the Butterfly Booster near a fence. Be warned, though, you may not be able to grab this booster until after you have obtained the Flappy Flight power.

Tribalstack Tropics

After you expand Tribalstack Tropics, head up to the left-most area at the back of the world. Continue up the ramp that leads to Monument Mountain, and take a right at the top of the ramp. Now, move around the back of the area where you should be able to spot a maze in the wall. Work your way through this maze to find the Butterfly Booster at the end.

Glitterglaze Glacier

Next up is the Butterfly Booster in World 2. Once you have expanded Glitterglaze Glacier, head into Icymetric Castle, and make your way to the room where you meet Burnie. Take down the boss in this area, then head back to the first room of the castle and use your Glide power while standing on a vent that is located in the corner of the room. This will allow you to reach a set of moving platforms, which you can cross to reach this booster.

Moodymaze Marsh

Expand the World 3, Moodymaze Marsh, and then head inside. From the start of the level, follow the newly opened path of floating logs to approach a build with a Mr. Blowy on top of it. The Butterfly Booster in this world can be found beneath the surface of the water, inside a block of ice. Unfortunately you’ll need to Bubble Walk and Sonic ‘Splosion powers to break the ice and free this Butterfly Booster, so make sure to only go after it once you have those powers unlocked.

Capital Cashino

Make your way into the fourth world and look for a water feature in the center of the area. You’ll either need to find this world’s Mollycool, or have the Flappy Flight power to reach this Butterfly Booster, which is just above the center of the water feature.

Galleon Galaxy

The last Butterfly Booster that players can find is located inside of the expanded version of the fifth and final world. Head left from the starting area until you reach a small planet. Make your way through the door on the top, and then use the tube inside to find a maze. Complete the maze to unlock the Butterfly Booster.
